ANDY KC YONG brings a wealth of experience to his capacity in sales and business development before evolving as a Professional Trainer, and an Independent Consultant in various training and consulting companies. Holds a degree in Master of Business in administration (MBA), and he is currently pursuing his Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with UUM. A former speaker in “You Can Create Wealth Seminar” and facilitator in “Money Mastery Boot Camp”, he also trained and coached the Sales Mastermind Team.
Andy served as a freelance consultant and trainer for few leading training provider where he was directly responsible for the corporate training and consultancy work. Prior to that he serve in Malaysia’s leading healthcare services provider as Regional Sales Training Manager, he was responsible of training over 800 employees including sister companies from Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand and Indonesia.
His biggest achievement was serving as a Project Director in a consultancy company where this role saw him taking full responsibility for training activities such as sales coaching, motivation, and mplementation. It was an impressive RM20 million increase in sales when he co-implemented a new sales system for the sales team in a public listed company in its first year.
