ZAFRI EFFENDI GHAZALI has a diverse training background that spans over 15 years. Today he is one of the youngest and most experienced senior trainer in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from University Of Technology Mara (UiTM) and comes from a wide range of industrial background, having work in the F&B Industry, FMCG (Carrefour) and the service industry (Mayflower Acme Tours) before starting his career in the corporate training & consultancy industry. He is a certified trainer by the Human Resource Development Corporation (HRDC) since 2008 and is a recognized and certified trainer and facilitator by the Banking Industry Institute - Institut Bank-Bank Malaysia (IBBM). Zafri delivers his programs in a humble yet exciting and entertaining method and incorporates a lot of neuro-linguistic-programming (NLP) in his trainings. He is also well known for his ability to connect and appeal to both local and international participants.
Zafri is also an avid outdoor enthusiast and a Certified Level 1 outdoor recreational instructor by the Ministry Of Youth & Sports,. In addition to delivering programs, Zafri has over 12 years of experience designing and managing large scale training programs for corporations. He was the program manager for “Teaming to Battle” for Maybank Group Learning Centre in 2003, covering over 400 branches and over 14,000 employees. He is also among the very few trainers in the country who has facilitated team building programmes for large groups with over 200 participants.
